These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of breallogistics.us (the “Site”) and our text messaging program. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Freight services are provided only under a separate written agreement, quote, or booking confirmation.

B Real Logistics LLC is a women-owned logistics and transportation company providing dependable logistics and transportation solutions, with real-time shipment tracking through McLeod Software.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in bulk, or submit false information. Site content is for general information and does not constitute a quote, offer, or contract.
3. Quotes, Rates, and Shipments
Rates, transit times, and equipment availability are confirmed in a written quote or booking confirmation, not on this Site. Nothing on the Site is an offer that binds B Real Logistics until a quote has been accepted in writing. Each shipment is governed by the written terms that apply to it, which control if they differ from these Terms.
4. SMS Text Messaging Program

Program description: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from B Real Logistics LLC at the mobile number you provided. Messages relate to your conversations with us and may include appointment reminders, shipment and load updates, and follow-ups on your requests.
How to opt in: check the SMS consent box on a contact form on this Site, agree during onboarding, or give verbal consent to our staff. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: varies based on your shipment and account activity.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again by replying START.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama.
